Are you looking for a managing director or a board member to represent your company professionally?
What does "representation in the mandate relationship" mean?
By law, a limited liability company (GmbH) or a stock corporation (AG) domiciled in Switzerland must be represented by at least one person who is registered in the commercial register and who is domiciled in Switzerland. Because this is not always guaranteed when founding a company for various reasons, we offer our clients corresponding mandate services.
The position of the board of directors or managing director of your company is taken over by one of our qualified employees in the mandate relationship. All decisions in connection with your company will, of course, continue to be made by you; your representative will act exclusively in accordance with and on your behalf.
In addition to purely legal representation, we can also assist you with strategic, operational, and administrative decisions. However, in order for us to be able to work for the success of your company in this way, a personal relationship is essential.
